Jack is a serial entrepreneur and investor focused on media, sports, and food. He was the first investor and board member of Jomboy Media, which this year sold a stake to Major League Baseball in a first of its kind partnership, and is a co-founder with BJ Novak of the experiential food phenomenon Chain, which announced an equity partnership with Fox. Davis was also an early investor in Dave’s Hot Chicken, which sold to Roark Capital for $1B in 2025 and of the rapidly growing Pop-Up Bagels.

Davis began his career by co-founding the genre studio Crypt TV with filmmaker Eli Roth, producing series and films for Amazon, Peacock, and Netflix and growing a fan base of over 3.5 million YouTube subscribers before selling the company to Brat TV in 2023.

Davis has previously been recognized by Forbes 30 Under 30 and Variety New Leaders.

Eli is a filmmaker and venture-backed founder. His career spans technology, entertainment, and experiential. He began at JJ Abrams’ Bad Robot before writing and directing California King, which is now on Hulu. Since then, he’s developed film projects and worked in strategy at various startups, including leading AI video company Pika Labs. He co-founded a financial technology company before joining Tamarisk Lane.

Eli played football at Princeton University, where he graduated Cum Laude with a degree in Economics and Creative Writing. He received his MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he graduated as an Arjay Miller scholar.

He lives in Palo Alto with his wife, who is adamant they’ll be getting a dog soon.
